A graduate of High School No 6 in Gdynia and Political Science at the University of Gdańsk. He completed his MBA studies focusing on widely understood development of competence necessary for efficient and effective management. He gained professional experience working in Poland as well as abroad, i.a. in the United States, Malaysia and Great Britain. While staying in London, he obtained the PRINCE2 certificate confirming professional project management skills. He has lived his whole life in Gdynia and has been awarded with Golden Order of Honour for Gdynia Enthusiasts.He has been operating actively in Gdynia local government for over 20 years already. Acting in non-governmental organisations as a teenager he gained his first experience in public activity. He has organised youth camps and rallies, formed interests clubs and informal groups and carried out voluntary projects and charity initiatives. After completing his studies, for four years he coordinated organisational works of the Polish Film Festival as the Office Manager. Then, for nearly three years, he was involved in coordination and implementation of projects in the field of education, carried out for the needs of schools, headmasters, teachers and students. The next step in his career was establishing his own company. He was a successful entrepreneur as regards the implementation of dedicated solutions for business with the use of new technologies.In 2006, he took up the position of a Councillor of the Gdynia City Council. In 2007, the Mayor of Gdynia appointed him as the Plenipotentiary for non-governmental organisations. For the subsequent five years he coordinated cooperation between the local government and the third sector entities. The solutions he proposed in the field of NGO activity were awarded by the European Institute of Public Administration with EPSA 2009 distinction. Between 2013 and 2014, he supervised the organisation of the Red Bull Air Race in Gdynia. Taking into account the effective implementation of the event, the organisers received "Wings of the Tri-City" award granted by the readers of Trójmiasto.pl. He strongly advocates spending leisure time actively. He was successful in completing various kinds of runs, including a marathon, the Katorznik Run and the Herbalife Triatlon Gdynia 2014. He is also a keen traveller choosing locations where one can stop for a while and learn about local customs. Over the last few years, he wandered alone through Iraq and Iran, which he talked about during the National Meeting of Travellers Kolosy.
