Marinas within the gulf of Gdańsk

Hel 54° 36,2´ N 018° 48,0´ E
At the southern end of the Hel Peninsula, near the entrance into the Gulf - a large fishing harbour houses a Marina for 50-60 sailing boats. The bathrooms and water supply taps are at the northern wharf. When leaving or entering the port, a radio connection with the Harbour Boatswain (UKF 10) is recommended (www.hel.kot.com.pl).

Jastarnia 54° 41,7´ N 018° 45,5´ E
Jastarnia - north-east of Hel, a large fishing harbour for cutters and boats. Sailing boats haven is in the eastern part. There are beautiful beaches both on the open sea and the gulf sides. The harbour is well protected from all direction winds. Place is provided for 10-15 visitors. When leaving or entering the port, a radio connection with the Harbour Boatswain (UKF 10) is recommended (www.jastarnia.pl).

Kuźnica 54° 44,0´ N 018° 35,0´ E
4 nautical miles away from Jastarnia, only for sailing boats of less than 1,40 m draught.

Władysławowo 54° 48´ N 018° 25,0´ E
A fishing town and port with yacht wharfs. The town makes a seaside resort with guarded swimming beaches. There is also a repair shipyard for small vessels.

Puck 54° 43,3´ N 018° 24,5´ E
One of Poland's oldest harbours (first mentioned in 1215), city rights since 1348. The Marina provides good conditions of stay and reasonable facilities standard. There are dagger boats slips, yachts up to 4 tons will be brought out. A container filling station is available.

Gdynia 54° 32,0´ N 018° 33,4´ E
A big marina in the city centre called after Gen. Mariusz Zaruski, al. Jana Pawła II 13D, tel. 661-93-66, Fax. 661-94-29, gosd@miasto.gdynia.pl.
It provides space for about 200 yachts, offers about 50-60 host wharfs for yachts of up to 20 m long along with rest and washing facilities. The sailing clubs have yachts for charters and the boutiques offer a big range of sailing equipment and gear along with sail-sewing services. There is also a filling station. . When leaving or entering the port, a radio connection with the Harbour Boatswain (UKF 12) is recommended.

Sopot 54° 26,8´ N 018° 34,4´ E
Sopot - you can moor by the Pier, one of the longest wooden piers in Europe, drink coffee or dine at its restaurants. The water is about 3.00 m deep at the main section of the jetty and 2.50 m at the bottom bridges. Mooring is allowed at daytime up to 2° Beaufort.

Gdańsk
Marina Gdańsk 54° 21,1´ N 018° 39,0´ E
A marina in the heart of the Old Town. It offers about 120 spaces. The draught restricted to 3.5 m. Bathrooms, toilets, telephone access and electricity available.

Górki Zachodnie 54° 21,2´ N 018° 46,0´ E
in the estuary of the Wisła Śmiała. The water track deep enough for 80 m long and 3.5 m draught yachts. Many sailing clubs are there. There starts the land trail from the Vistula Lagoon over Elbląg to the Ostróda-Elbląg Canal.

Attention!
The intention of entering the port must be communicated to Harbour Master on Channel 16 UKF.

Entering the Basen Prezydenta must be done only following the consent of the Harbour Master (UKF radio frequency, channels 16 and 12). The Water Police will issue fine tickets to all who fail to meet this regulation.
Any sailor coming in from abroad must undergo the border clearance in any Polish port where they will be furnished with a suitable licence for sailing between ports without the need to obtain another clearance.
